*Residents are eligible for complimentary Early Bird registration upon submission of a valid Letter of Recommendation (LOR) signed by their supervisor/program director.
The letter must clearly mention: residency start date, expected completion date and confirmation that the applicant is currently enrolled in the residency program. Residents registering after the Early Bird deadline will be charged the applicable registration fee.
