The Scientific Committee of PSN 39 invites submission of abstracts for oral, rapid oral, e-poster, and operative video presentations. All abstracts must be submitted in English through the official website. Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding acceptance and presentation format.

General Guidelines
  • The deadline for abstract submission is August 15, 2026
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English through the official website
  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author may submit
  • Four presentation formats are available: oral, rapid oral, e-poster, and operative video. Authors may indicate a preferred format; however, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision
  • All abstracts must include completed results and conclusions at the time of submission. Abstracts based on incomplete, uncollected, or unanalyzed data will not be considered
  • All accepted abstracts will be published as submitted in a biomedical journal to be announced in due course
  • Abstracts may be withdrawn only during the official withdrawal period from September 25 to September 30, 2026. After this period, withdrawal requests will not be accepted
  • Requests for withdrawal during the permitted period must be submitted via email to the Scientific Committee
  • Presenting authors must complete registration for PSN 39 by October 5, 2026. Abstracts without a registered presenter by this deadline will be removed from the program

Editing Your Submission

Abstracts may be edited up to the submission deadline of August 15, 2026. After this date, no revisions or modifications will be permitted.

Important: The organizing committee will not make corrections to typographical or spelling errors, title formatting, or similar issues. Full responsibility rests with the submitting author to thoroughly review and ensure the accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting of all submitted content prior to submission.
Submitter & Presenter Responsibilities
  • Submitting Author: The submitting author is responsible for submitting the abstract and will serve as the primary point of contact for all correspondence. The submitting author must also be the presenting author. Submissions on behalf of others are not permitted
  • Requests for changes in authorship or presenter details will not be accommodated
  • Abstracts must not contain any form of advertising, trade names, or product-specific promotional content. Generic names and terminology must be used throughout
  • All presenters — whether for oral or poster presentations — are required to present in person at the conference venue
  • Submitters are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all author and presenter contact details at the time of submission
  • Poster presenters are required to submit an electronic version of their poster. This version will be displayed both on-site and on the official conference platform
Abstract Structure for Oral & Poster Presentations
Note: The following structure applies to all oral and poster submission categories. Ensure all required fields are completed before submission.
  1. Category Select one category that best aligns with your abstract:

    • Research and Original Articles
    • Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses
    • Quality Improvement Projects or Clinical Audits
  2. Type of Presentation
    • Oral

  5. Objective State the purpose of the study clearly. Specify primary and secondary objectives where applicable
  6. Methodology Include study design, setting, duration, sampling method, sample size, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and data analysis techniques. For quantitative studies, describe statistical methods in clear and simple terms. For systematic reviews and meta-analyses, include search strategy and databases used
  7. Results Summarize key findings with relevant frequencies and percentages for assessed variables. Use appropriate units and apply correct statistical reporting where necessary
  8. Conclusion Provide a clear conclusion that directly addresses the research objective. Do not include recommendations. Avoid repeating results verbatim
  9. Keywords Provide at least three relevant keywords
  10. Approval or Registration Number For original research: include IRB approval or reference number. For systematic reviews and meta-analyses: include PROSPERO registration number
